Reflections
The Army undoubtedly shaped who I am. A majority of my life was spent adapting and living the strict and adventurous lifestyle of being a Soldier. I don’t know who I would be, or become, if I didn’t make that life changing decision to raise my hand and serve my country for over 22 years, starting at the young age of 18. Even though there were plenty of challenging times throughout my tenure in service, the good outweighs the bad, and I wouldn’t have what I have now if it wasn’t for the United States government.
In the beginning of my military adventure, I fell in love with the art of photography. That love grew and I documented a lot of my experiences through visual communication. Represented in each photograph, reflects a favorite memory and concept that I cherish and hold in my life forever.
